1990, Bolton Builders is a second generation family owned company.
Owners Chuck and Michelle Bolton want to make the process of
designing, building, and decorating a home rewarding every step of
the way. A stunning home of the highest quality is what you

Chuck’s dad
was a builder/developer and as a result, Chuck has had more than 33
years in the building industry. As President of Bolton Builders, he
oversees and is directly involved in all the operations of the
company. From custom designing your home and building it, Chuck’s
unwavering attention to details has enabled Bolton Builders to be
the premier, award winning builder in Moore County. He is determined
to provide the homeowner with the best value, service, and quality
for their money. |

Michelle’s talent for interior design and focus on customer
service provides the perfect complement to Chuck’s building skills.
Her knowledge has played an important role in helping the homeowner
with their selections. She has selected a group of vendors that
provide a superior product and will stand behind it. Michelle will
guide the homeowners through the entire building process. Because
there are so many selections to make building a custom home, she
will break down the selections into several groups and will work on
them with the homeowners. This is done in as many visits as needed.
Appointments are made with vendors and Michelle will actually take
the clients to the businesses. |

Bolton
Builders builds homes all over Moore County. They have built
custom/designed homes in Pinehurst, The National, Pinewild Country
Club, Pine Grove, Forest Creek Golf Club, CCNC, Longleaf Country
Club. In the Seven Lakes area, they build in all the areas of
Beacon Ridge At Seven Lakes West including Lake Auman, and Beacon
Ridge Country Club. They also build homes in the equestrian gated
community of Mclendon Hills. |
